The Problem
Financial regulation was not written to be navigated
Financial regulations are scattered across thousands of documents, communications and rules issued by different regulatory bodies. Each new rule amends, replaces or references earlier ones, forming a dense web of dependencies that no single document reveals.
This makes it hard to find relationships between regulations, to understand how the framework changes over time, and to answer regulatory questions efficiently and with confidence.
The problem affects people and intelligent systems alike: compliance teams spend hours tracing normative chains by hand, while AI systems working over plain documents miss the structure that gives regulation its meaning.
Our Solution
Regulation as a Knowledge Graph
FinRegGraph AI transforms regulatory documents into a structured Knowledge Graph: regulations, requirements, amendments and the relationships between them become explicit, connected and machine-readable.
On top of that structure, we are building AI tools capable of automatically navigating regulatory knowledge, answering questions with traceable sources, and assisting analysis and compliance processes.
Our initial focus is the regulatory framework issued by the Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA), serving as the foundation for a broader Regulatory Intelligence platform — one designed to grow across regulators and, over time, across jurisdictions.
